Spring parents - issues receiving emails from coaches


We have received reports on some spring travel parents not receiving emails sent by coaches via our new GOT Sport system.

GOT Sport tells us there are two ways to try to address this issue.

1) Log in to your account in GOT Sport with the same credentials used to register your child (click this link). Go into the settings of your account and make sure the box "Opt out of email" is unchecked.

2) Go into your email's Spam folder. And if there are any emails from your coach via GOT Sport, check them as safe or approved recipient. You can also add the address to your contact list.
