At Northern United Soccer Club, we believe in keeping kids active, learning, and having fun all year long. Whether your player is just getting started or looking to take their game to the next level, we have a program designed for them.
1. Recreational Soccer
We proudly run the Glens Falls REC program for the City and partner with the Town of Queensbury to support their Fall Rec program.
A fun, inclusive environment for new and developing players.
2. Fall Training & Skill Building
Extra sessions in the fall designed for Rec-aged players.
Focus on fundamentals, confidence, and preparing for the indoor season.
3. Winter Session 1 (November–December)
Boys & Girls ages 8–19
1 training session and 1 game each week for about 8 weeks.
Keep your skills sharp while playing through the winter!
4. Winter Session 2 (January–March)
A continuation of Winter 1 with the same great format.
Stay active, improve foot skills, and compete in a fun, fast-paced indoor setting.
5. Practice-Only Options
U8 Coed Training (ages 6–8) with a focus on skill building in a supportive environment.
Girls may also register to practice only with their age-appropriate winter team if they’re not ready for full games.
6. Spring Travel Soccer (April–June)
Competitive teams for Boys & Girls U10–U19.
Compete in the Capital District Youth Soccer League, with 1–2 practices per week and exciting home & away games.
7. Summer Camp (Late July/Early August)
A fun-filled week of soccer, hosted by NUSC and operated by an international youth soccer training organization.
The perfect way to end summer and gear up for the fall season.
